- Name and address details (first name, surname, address, postal code, city, country) For the execution of the agreement, invoicing, identification, maintaining the customer relationship and carrying out direct marketing activities.
- Contact and additional personal data (email address, telephone number, gender) To communicate with each other, to address you correctly, to provide support, to inform you of changes in products/services, to carry out direct marketing activities.
- Payment details (bank account number, VAT number) To process your payment and for VAT reverse charge if your company is located outside Nederland

With whom your data is shared: With us, our accounting firm Daans Administratie Advies, publisher King of Content, invoicing software WeFact BV, and accounting software Exact Online. We have concluded a data processing agreement with all parties.

By completing the form, you give us permission to process the requested personal data. For this purpose, we primarily use name, address, and city details, a telephone number, and an email address.

Retention period: We retain the data until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response. If the contact leads to an assignment, we retain the data until at most one month after the termination of the agreement (click here for more information). We retain your invoices for the statutory retention period.
With whom your data is shared: With us and GraagGoedOnline.nl BV, our online supplier. We have concluded a data processing agreement with GraagGoedOnline.nl BV (click here for more information).
Newsletter (registration form)
Personal data and purposes:
- Email address So that we can send you interesting emails.
We send you a maximum of 1 newsletter per week.
Basis (legal basis) for processing: Your consent (click here for more information). You can withdraw your consent via the link at the bottom of every email we send.
Retention period: Until you withdraw your consent.
With whom your data is shared: With us and MailChimp, our newsletter provider. We have entered into a data processing agreement with MailChimp (click here to view the MailChimp privacy statement).
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website
and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Automated decision-making

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Golf Etc Nederland
and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@golf-etc.nl To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with the request. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

We would also like to point out that you have the option to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we protect personal data
