This is how we make your golf clubs

With us, you can buy clubs 'off the rack' just like at any regular golf shop. However, due to a standard assembly method in the factory, these clubs can sometimes feel and perform differently.

In addition to the standard clubs, we offer two other options:



• Clubbuilding with the standard shafts
• Clubbuilding met custom shafts

Below, we offer a glimpse into the clubbuilding process. You will then immediately understand that the costs are slightly higher, but the result for you is many times better!

How does a clubbuilding work

Measuring the shafts

We start by measuring the shafts. In doing so, we check whether all shafts have the same quality and properties.

Select shafts

In this phase, we arrange the shafts in the correct order for each club, so that the set is built logically and consistently.

Customizing shafts

In a standard golf set, each club has its own length. In this step, we make all shafts to exactly the right length.

Spinen

For each shaft, we determine the location of the spine so that it is optimally positioned for the best result. Spinning is the prevention of the shaft from rotating, as virtually all shafts are never 100% perfectly round.

Inserting ferrules

Ferrules are the small sleeves on the shaft that attach to the clubface. They ensure a neat and smooth transition from clubface to shaft—as well as sometimes perfect positioning.

Balancing golf clubs

Swingweight is an important factor in making the club feel as natural as possible during the swing. We fine-tune this precisely here.

Glue the head

The club head is firmly attached to the shaft with a special component adhesive.

Drugs

The glue that ensures the best result requires several hours to dry completely. Patience is essential for a lasting result.

Install grips

After the drying process, we install the grips. The club is really starting to take shape now.

Finishing and checking

Any glue residue is removed, the clubs are polished and carefully inspected. This is the moment when we look at the final result with pride.

Completion notification

As soon as your golf set is ready to play, you will receive a message from us immediately.

Play and enjoy

It is now up to you to practice and head out onto the course after picking up the new clubs. Enjoy more consistency in your strokes and better control over your distances.
